Refund policy

We want you to love your Wandrleaf. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Change-of-mind returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, email cross@wandrleaf.com with your order number.
Once received and inspected, we'll let you know if your refund is approved; approved refunds go to your original payment method.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

This change-of-mind window is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund — not limited by the 14-day window. Contact cross@wandrleaf.com and we'll make it right.
